Has anyone purchased the product recently and have received the recall? I've emailed several times and first was told there was a change in staff......then my address was wrong, etc. Still haven't received them. They also said it was only for the connecters anyway, So I just ordered the new connecters. I think it was about 12.00 and 18.00. The new connecters are a lot better than the old ones. I also ordered an extra connecter that goes on the camera so that way when carrying 2 bodies I can also switch which on is on the strap. Yesterday they emailed to say they would send them registered mail since they couldn't keep sending them out without them returning. I think they said the replacements had been sent at least 3 times.
