They said they were audited this year and the auditors were concerned that the photographer they hired as a subcontractor (ME) wasn't charging them sales tax. If you don't have a sales tax license you can register you buisness online at: http://www.pa100.state.pa.us/ And fill out the PA-100 Enterprise Registration Form.
