->> Hello all. Thought I might as well introduce myself. I'm active duty US Army stationed in Grafenwohr, Germany. I'm an Explosive Ordnance Disposal technician, which is the militarys version of a bomb squad. If you've seen the new movie "The Hurt Locker"...That is what I do.
My professional experience is pretty limited to shooting for a newspaper that is distributed to all the American military installations in Germany. A distribution of around 10,000. Definitely not Sports Illustrated.

->> Yes Nick. Running would be an excellent idea. Although if your close enough to see a bomb tech running...Your probably wrong to start off with. Haha.
Scott, haha. Every EOD guy who has graduated since the late 90s has fond memories of Eglin. I'm no exception. I wasnt able to afford nice gear while I was down there. So what photos I did take, let me frustrated. But there is a car meet every tuesday in front of the swamp that would be awesome to shoot.
On another note, I took a page from Danny's book, and started a site with squarespace. And then linking my blog posts to my new exposuremanager account. Danny, if you read this. THANK YOU!!!!! This is infinitely easier! |
