->> Yep, I just renewed my ESPN subscription for $1.00 adding a year and insider access, when I got the email I thought it was a scam, lol but it was indeed true for existing subscribers to get a year of the magazine for $1.00.

->> Our local newspaper (http://www.news-gazette.com/news/business/2009/08/14/news-gazette_offers_de...) is giving away three month subscriptions for three months for $1.00 if they are unemployed and looking for a job. The publisher of our magazine says our paper and ESPN are likely doing it to maintain their circulation numbers so they can continue to justify their advertising rates.
