Anyone using "LicenseStream" to sell stock?

->> Photoshelter or LicenseStream? I'm intriqued by Licensestream's content tracker feature that tracks unlicensed use of your images. But they have only a 10 gig maximum, and a very disconcerting paragraph in their license agreement:
"The Materials, Content and Communications on and accessible from the Site are protected by Copyright, Trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights, title, and interest in and to all aspects of the Site, Materials, Content, and Communications remain the sole property of ImageSpan and/or its Providers." (Content is defined as: "Content" means any pictures, sounds, videos, text or other information posted by Providers and offered for sale or licensing to End Users on the Site.") Not good; they can do what they want with my images.
Anyone dealing with this company? |

->> Phil,
The word "providers" includes the photographers who upload their content to the site. The paragraph protects photogs' rights.

| ->> Thanks, Mark, I suspect you're right, but it's the "and/or" that gives me pause. I think their material rights and the Providers rights need to be separated in their language. |
