->> The thing that gets me is that there is no mechanism for getting your money back for an app that fails to live up as advertised.
Sorry to say, I have many apps that I deleted from the iPhone because they don't work. Some of the GPS apps are 1/4 mile off. |

| ->> "3rd Largest App developer" is a bit of a misnomer. Should actually read "3rd Most Prolific...". From everything I've read this guy ran a sweatshop, churning out cheesy apps at a rate of approximately like 5 a day. And most of the apps were doing nothing more than aggregating information from different sources on the web which may have involved some intellectual and copyright infringement issues as well. Honestly this ban doesn't bother me nearly as much as Apple turning away the obviously useful Google Voice app and now that the FCC's started a preliminary investigation, let's see where it goes. |
