And stupid me... the one thing I can't seem to figure out is how to move the dock position from .. say the top .. to the bottom. Anybody know where I can go to get this done... Not sure about Vista but in XP you need to right-click on the Start menu and select Properties. Then select Task Bar and make sure it is unlocked.
