->> Can someone give me a few ideas on the settings used to resize my files using PM's "Save photos as" A number of boxes and options come up. I'd like to be able to save them as an email, web friendly size and file size. lots of options - quality, cropping, scaling, res, convert to sRGB, etc etc.

Thanks

Chris

->> Chris PM will do that wonderfully. For web previews I used 400px sRGB preserve IPTC and let PM strip exif, quality was set to 50% I also have PM layover my watermark. You can even create a a watermark that is full size and let it over scan the crop. Kirk added that feature at the last second just hours before the beta was being release as a final version release after I brought up the idea in a phone call with him.

->> I wanted to get rid of the watermarking program that I was using but I didn't want to tile one logo on 6 spots or to have to make multiple overlays for the various sizes I was going to output. Kirk and I spoke for a little while and later that night he reworked and added the overscan option to the watermark feature. Pure luck that I caught him in the nick of time. It also speaks volumes to the lengths that he'll go to, to make the program the #1 tool for us.

More recently Kirk wrote an exporter that is custom to my site and has streamlined my process to ONE step from 5. He's just aces in my book.

->> BTW, Eric's experience with Kirk is exactly what I have seen happen. On 2 separate occasions, I have asked for a feature in PM and been amazed that both were incorporated into the next release - one came out on the very next day. It's like having a private IT department. Absolutely phenomenal support!
