->> For the G10, you have to have the proper cord to connect the camera to the PW.
I've used mine both as a remote and using a MM in intervalometer mode. |

| ->> We need more information about what cord is needed. I believe it may be a USB cord that can be used to trigger the camera. Does anyone know? I've seen a kite rig that appeared to use something like that, but I was unable to decipher exactly how it worked. |

->> Actually I had a custom "Cullen Cord" made to connect my MultiMAXes to my G10.
LPA Designs to my knowledge does not make a cord specifically for the G10. |

->> I found a cord made by pocket wizard that works with the Pocket Wizard Plus only on the G10. It does not work with the Plus II transceivers. It is the 2.5mm Sub-Miniphone to 3.5mm Mono Miniphone US CAT # 804-509.
Got the G10 over the weekend and I am happy. Thanks. |

->> The Canon G9 does not have a jack for a remote.
Both the G10 and G11 have the same subminiature jack as the Canon Digital Rebels, so they can use Pocket Wizards or a wired remote like the RS-60E3. This cable should work nicely:

| ->> Thanks, So this shutter release (#92) would work with Pocket Wizard in putting together a series of time lapse images? |

->> Yep that should work, although I don't have Pocket Wizards or a G10 so I can't say for sure.
If all you want to do is time lapse photography this should work nicely:

If you already have a cord with an N3 end this Austrian gentleman makes and sells an N3-2.5mm adapter cord which works wonderfully. Fits the rebels and the G10/11.
I've used it with my TC-80N3 and an off-brand remote trigger with zero issues. I believe I paid $29 which included shipping. |
