Most of the quotes I've gotten come back above 1k a year. Way to much. I'm currently paying $1.26/per $100 for full replacement cost. When you say you're quotes are over 1K how much equipment are you covering??? What's the cost per $100 of insured value? Find a local State Farm rep and tell him everything about your job... and what the gear is used for. I've done that and I have great replacement insurance for all of my gear. Not very expensive either... Walt Oh, and I've had to use it twice in the last three years... It is a decent price and covers everything you could imagine. They have been very easy to work with anytime I want to add new equipment or change my insurance plan in any way.
