Any tripods you may recommend?

thanks,

Armando

->> Armando,
You get what you pay for when it comes to tripods. A cheap, small and lightweight tripod will not be the steady camera holder that you want. Save up and buy a good one. You won't regret it.

->> I really like the Giottos line- I have 2 different sizes for both studio and travel. I'm using a Magic Ball head on the travel tripod, and a Manfrotto 322RC2 Grip Action Head on the studio one.

->> Thanks guys, I'm not looking for cheap. I just want something to travel with, that is again fairly inexpensive, but is sturdy, lightweight and not of cheap or bad quality. The problem I'm having is that there are no good camera stores anywhere near where I live. So I can't touch, or inspect them, that is why I'm asking for suggestions.

thanks,

I'll look into the Giottos and the Bogens

->> I'm currently using an Bogen 055XPROB with a 488RC2 ballhead on top. It is pretty sturdy and relatively cheep, however it is not exactly the lightest setup to use.
