| ->> For those that have switched from BB to iPhone, are you able to use multiple email accounts? Does it truly push email to your phone or does your phone need to go and check the different accounts? |

->> I love my iPhone but I am never giving up my Blackberry!
I know of no decent Blackberry Apps. Each week I write up an iPhone App of the week (http://fishapps.notlong.com) and have searched for Blackberry Apps constantly...and have yet to find one I liked, aside from TwitterBerry. |

->> Blackberry = business and productivity
iPhone = fun and games = iPod Touch with a contract...
iPhone? Whaaaa????
unfortunately, "neato apps" don't apply to business and productivity, unless you get a special buzz from word docs, excel spreadsheets, and ftp clients...
but if you want to replace your $10,000 gear bag with a fake digital holga from AT&T, be my guest...
booyah!

I have dozens of 'neato' apps that are entirely business focused. Maybe not for photogs specifically, but overall these apps are all business...some are all business and also really fun to play with as well though.
None of the apps deal with MS Word, PDFs or Excel though. |

->> I am a big fan of my iPhone. It is one of the most useful tools I own.
That said, the Blackberry has its place and if you want to find apps for it...try going to the Blackberry app store. http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/appworld/featured.jsp |

->> I just upgraded from an HTC 6800 to the Blackberry Storm on Saturday and so far I like it MUCH BETTER than the HTC. I couldn't even access all of my email and the thing was going crazy at the end with it cycling on and off every five or six minutes. And, worst of all, I lost 200+ contacts last month. I am still po'd over that one. Glad to be away from the windows platform.
My Kia Soul likes the blue tooth on the Storm better too. :o)
Yes, I want an iPhone just like everyone else. No, I will not go to ATT in order to get it. According to Alltel >>> Verizon they will be getting the iPhone by next year. And even though I signed a two year contract, I can upgrade my phone once a year. :o)
So, I'll be looking for cool stuff for the Storm. I love playing spider solitaire and bubble breaker (had this on the HTC)
Rich, thanks for the link.

Dominick:
As a former and avid BB user, I thought I had found business productivity Nirvana. That perception all changed when I got the iPhone 3Gs. For me the strongest feature of the iPhone over the BB is the integration and centralization of data and information. It is just so much better, easier to use, and more intuitive than the Blackberry. I just get things done faster and with much less effort.
I think the perception that the Blackberry is a more effective business tool is simply a result of Blackberry marketing. I have one game (word puzzle) on my iPhone everything else is strictly business and not one of those includes anything having to do with Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, or FTP clients. Usability of the iPhone over the Blackberry is simply night and day. |

| ->> Here's an app that I came across that could be useful for news photographers. I haven't tried it, but it looks cool. It give the user the ability to listent to police and fire scanners from their BB. The link is http://ota.berryscanner.com/ |
