->> Depending on what model, I usually get better results on these types of screens with an Eye-One type device. However, I will say the best results I've had calibration monitors comes from a discontinued product, the X-Rite Monaco Optix XR, also known as the DTP-94. ->> I would suggest steering well clear of the Spyder One products - they never really worked that well for me and have gotten some terrible reviews. Either the Eye One Display 2 or their higher end models or the ColorMunki are the way to go.
