->> What software do you use to create proofs books for a wedding? I am just looking for something to place the images on a page with a header and footer and the image numbers below the images. I have used CompuPic Pro before but I am using a Mac now and I dont believe they sell software for Macs.

But I suggest a lab, they do really nice work. WHCC, I can also suggest Buckeye Color Lab, www.buckeyecolor.com and Burrell, www.burrellcolourimaging.com ... I think even MPix can do proof books now... www.mpix.com .

->> Thanks guys. I was hoping not go to the lab route just to save some money. A friend of mine has a print shop and I am planning on having them printed there. How do you do it in Aperture with the file numbers below the images? I can't find that. Do you know if it is possible to create the Apple Books that the sell with more than 4-up on a page? I couldn't find a temple with 6-up or 9-up.

->> Using Bridge, you can create contact sheets in InDesign. You have to create an InDesign Contact Sheet using Bridge to select the images you want. Using master pages and character styles, it's easy to modify what InDesign creates automatically.
