If I set the camera to "m", select shutter, aperture and manual iso, press record, then the camera adjust the exposure automatically when I start recording. There is no aperture or shutter info on the display, only exposure compensation.

If “screen setting” is set to “stills display” or “exposure simulation” manual exposure for the movie mode will not be possible.
