Just wanted to invite you to my first little gallery opening coming up on Sat. June 6, 2009 at SB Design/Digital Gallery in Manhattan's East Village.
The show will run through June 24 and will be a digital presentation of select published and unpublished images I've shot since I graduated college and moved to the Big Apple professionally. Limited edition prints, posters, and DVDs will also be available.
Some of the works in the exhibition include celebrity portraiture, Cuban street scenes, and post-Katrina news coverage. There will be a wide range of my work in photojournalism, sports, portraiture, commercial, advertising, and most recently, filmmaking.
As another exciting addition to the photographic exhibit, there will be exclusive screening of footage from a new film tentatively titled "Betrayed", a short I worked on along with and amazing cast and crew including actors from HBO's "The Sopranos" and "The Wire". The film which is currently in the long post-production phase is the first motion-picture short to be shot **exclusively** with the Canon 5DMkII. There will be a booth set up for visitors to look at some scenes and behind-the-scenes footage. This footage will not be available publicly, rather only in this limited capacity. So make sure to swing by!
