His photo of US forces taking the airport in Bagdhad during the invasion was perhaps the largest photo I've ever seen in the New York Times. (Horizontal sideways double-truck) As his former boss, a colleague, and a friend, I can say if anyone out there needs a freelance shooter for a job in South Texas, you can't go wrong with Mark.
