->> Anyone have any pictures of How they pack their Airport Security with a 200-400 and 2 bodies?

I am stumped here and a search of the message board does not help my stump-ed-ness.

Also, you may want to check here:

Cambags.com has pretty good user photos.

->> Yes there is, but not with the 200-400 from Nikon, this is a weird sized lens from Nikon. Sharp and wonderful, but weird sized. Just curios as to how people who have these two items put them together.

I can put a 200-400, 500 f4, 2 bodies, batteries, CF cards, 1.4 converter, one monopod and meter inside the Airport Security... I'll try to take a pic later, but with what they give you, no problem. Try taking all the dividers out, lay the equipment inside, then place the dividers to fit your layout once you've placed everything inside.

It works fine...

->> Thomas,

I use a 200-400 and pack it in my airport international roller along with a huge list of gear.

Here goes:

Inside:

D3
D3x
80-200 f2.8 afs
24-70 f2.8 afs g
14-24 f2.8 afs g
200-400 f2.8 afs vr g
85 f1.4 afd
Tc1.4eII
3 batteries
20 cf cards in two wallets.
Hoods

Outside:
Graduated filters, 2 polarizers, model releases and macbook pro in sleeve.

Best set up for going overseas, stateside, or to a local scene incognito.

I have been meaning to send them a photo because this is a common lens set for many. I will post a photo as soon as I can.

Robb
