Nina Zhito, Photographer bay area | CA | | Posted: 11:18 PM on 05.11.09 ->> The AP reports that the US Navy sought permission from the FAA to fly a P-3 Orion reconnaissance plane along the Hudson river this Monday morning, jsut two weeks after an aerial photo shoot that terrified New Yorkers, and forced the resignation of the White House staffer who organized the fiasco. Today, after alerting the Mayor's office of the hastily planned event, the FAA abruptly canceled the mission, after citizens were warned that a military plane would again be in the air by Bloomberg's office.
