| ->> Can anyone recommend a place that builds web sites with both Flash and HTML templates ? I like many of the blu domain sites but few have HTML. I like the livebook sites but they seem really expensive. Is it worth it? Are my concerns valid about Flash not being searchable on Google etc? Has any one here that shoots weddings switched from HTML to a Flash site? |

->> I ponied up and purchased a Livebooks web site a few months ago and it has been very worth it. It took a couple of weeks before the Google bots picked up all my pages but after that they started indexing pretty much every page and image on my web site and caught the updates quickly too.
My old web site was purely HTML so I was worried about switching to flash having heard all the problems search bots had in the past with indexing flash-based web sites. The indexing has been pretty solid with my Livebooks web site.
If you are concerned about how many of the pages they pick up and index, you can try this simple test... Go to Google and enter something like this...
site:derekmontgomery.com
You can substitute "derekmontgomery.com" with any web site, flash or HTML, and see just how many pages Google has indexed. I did this daily after the first week my web site was up and you could see how the indexing took off after awhile.
If you have any other questions, let me know. Good luck! |

| ->> livebooks and neon sky both create html versions of the flash pages for SEO purposes, does anyone know which company's sites work better for SEO purposes only? |
