Eclipse time lapse

->> I wish I hadn't misplaced my Echostar 9 satellite, I could do a cool space time lapse like this one that Dish network did of Earth during an eclipse.

Of course they used a Echostar 11 satellite, which is just so much better than my Echostar 9. BTW, if anyone finds the satellite, it's got a label with my name on it on the bottom and address. Just return by USPS to me. Thanks.

->> Well it's an eclipse in that the earth and fixed-orbit satellite rotated once, putting the earth between the sun and the satellite, but not really an eclipse in the natural astronomical sense. Still, a cool shot.

Those are dead/hot pixels in the CCD...probably due to solar radiation...
