Digital Pinhole

->> For a while now I've admired the look of pinhole images. However, I'm not sure I care for them enough to shoot film and do scans. Has anyone messed with doing digital pinhole images using the pinhole body caps or some other type of pinhole lens for a DSLR?

->> The company that makes the Lensbaby line has a digital pinhole and also zone system apeture rings that fit most of their products.

Looks sort of cool from the sample images on their website and the pricing isn't bad. Even has a 30 day return policy if it doesn't work out for you.

->> You can drill a hole in a body cap then cover that with black paper and make your own pinhole aperture through that for next to nothing.

There are custom-drilled pinhole body caps for under 50 bucks.

If you dig Lensbaby and have a newest generation locking 'baby (Control Freak or Composer), the pinhole/Zoneplate optic swap lens is great.
