->> Phase II of the build. Now I'm in the process of finding which programs will not play nice with Vista64. So anyone here running CS4 in a Vista64 environment? Bugs? Issues?

->> Eric,

I am running CS4 with Vista 64 on my home machine with no issues. I am yet to find a program that I use to have issues with Vista 64.

->> I am. Several plugins don't work with the 64 bit version of CS4 so I have to run the basic CS4 instead. That includes Noiseware.

That's about the only issue with CS4/Vista64 that I've had.

->> As Mark stated, the only issue I've run into is compatibility with certain plug-ins. The app itself runs very smoothly on my quad-core 64-bit machine - especially with 8GB of RAM!

->> I've read about the plugin issues. Seeing as I don't currently use any plugins I'm not too worried about that aspect. I just found out that while CS2 does run on Vista 64 the hassle of selecting a printer will drive me up the wall. So before I go and buy the upgrade I want to check with people who are using the program.

Thanks guys, so far the biggest speed bump has been the drivers for my printers. The Epson 64 driver is a PIA. OKI tells you to install the XP64 drivers. That didn't work, but I found the work around, and Konni - Minolta plain out hasn't written an updated driver since 2005 for the printer that prints my barcodes/shipping labels.
