->> I made a movie using on IMovie 08 and the D90-the first few times, I was able to save it as a Quick Time and now when I go to save it the same way, it won't let me (I can't click on save in Quick time as it is a light shade of gray)
Does anyone know what happened? (I have been trying to figure out Final Cut express with no luck) |

->> Debra,
Have you kept all your assets (raw files) in the same place since you first exported to Quicktime? That can cause some disruption in the workflow.

->> Debra,
I'll keep looking, but that's the only solution I have at the moment. I hope somebody on here perks up with an answer.

->> Do you have Quicktime Pro?
I think you need to have that in order to save video files as other types- but I may be mistaken. |

->> Deb: When you are playing back in Quicktime, you are not in iMovie, and unless you have QuickTime Pro, you can only view QT-capable assets, not manipulate, edit, and save.
You've got to go back into iMovie to make your edits, and re-save/share/export from iMovie to make any changes. |

| ->> it's not letting me save or export in IMovie either-all those are light shades of gray and I can't click on them. I was able to last week but can't seem to this week so something has changed |
