I wonder if he actually has permission from Pink Floyd to use the song. How would he feel if Pink Floyd used one of his photos on an album cover? Photographers fight tooth and nail to protect our images and against unauthorized use, yet when it comes to other work, music in particular, photographers are quick to grab it and say "Well, we are not selling the music, why does it matter?" I have seen many examples of this, and it is just as wrong as someone grabbing your photos and using them for a music video by the musician.
