Reseting Nikon D2x
Gerald H. Ling, Photographer

->> Quick hail for help. My D2X just started shooting blank frames and I would like to try performing a "hard reset" on it before sending it in to Nikon to get fixed. Unfortunately, I don't have my user manual handy anymore and hence, I was wondering if anyone could chime in on how to perform said reset (not the green two-button reset). Thanks in advance.

Cheers.

Gerald.

Thanks but I was not referring to that method as mentioned above. Appreciate the thought though.

Shooting blanks? Sounds like a fertility problem to me! ;-)

But seriously...Perhaps you can go to the Nikon site and download a PDF of the manual in question. Frankly, I'd like to know if there's a way to hard reset a D200...Hmmm

Will I see you at UM this season for lax? Give me a shout if yer headed this way!

Thom
