->> My Airport Security roller went down today: the handle assembly exploded. I leave for California on Monday for SSAVI and was in quite a bind. I fired off a quick email to think tank and less than a half an hour later, I got a call from Dan, who grabbed some information from me and overnighted a handle assembly to the Hotel in Irvine such that it would be there for my arrival.
I just wanted to publicize my thanks, and urge all SS members to keep supporting this company that works so hard to innovate for, support, and care for its faithful. Please keep giving them your business.

| ->> Hey I commend ThinkTank Photo on the great customer service also. I too had problems with my airport adddict and they sent me the repair part and when the screw broke in the axel, I talked to customer service and returned it and within a week I had a new airport addict. I have few ThinkTank items but they will get the first look when I look for equipment with having such a great customer repair department. |
