Feel good experience

->> Well I had a feel good experience with a company today. I had Camera Armor on my MarkIII when it took an 80 mile an hour tumble saving my precious baby. The Armor was demolished and my camera was safe and sound (except the Hot Shoe) I contacted the company to thank them for saving my camera from being separated into a million pieces and one of the big wigs contacted me personally. They offered to replace my Armor at no cost. They have a lifetime guarantee but I didn't have the presence of mind to save the damaged Armor. I was so excited my camera survived I tossed the thing. Anyway the guy took the time to contact me personally and assure me I'd be taken care of. I just wanted to share this because I find that in recent times it seems that big companies seem to be caring less and less for their customer base and don't stand behind their product like old times.
Has anyone else noticed or had issues with big companies blowing them off and not offering the slightest support for their products or services? I'd be out of a job if I pulled half of the crap I have to put up with with some of companies and business'. |
