->> We'll see if the civil penalities if the AG gets his convictions are enough to do it.
I'm doubtful. I think the feds are going to have to shut them down. (Since the products are transported over state lines...) The other possibilities are every state AG going after them... |

| ->> WOW, ive been telling people about these for years, just wondering how long they were gonna be allowed to rip people off. I ordered a lens from one of these guys years back. After a little more research I noticed that it wasnt the same lens as advertised. I called to cancel, which was easy. Until I found out that they still charged me. Thanks to my credit card company I got out of it. Not to mention that all of the major photo mags run their advertisements all the time, even when they may have articles speaking out against them! what a sham.....stick to roberts, adorama, b&h etc. Its about time they felt some pressure... |
