| ->> I am changing computers and need an FTP program for file transfer from my Nikon to the computer, I previously had ITP 2.0 (standard) FTP software for this. Any recommendations on other software for this purpose? |

->> The camera / transmitter combo will handle the transfer of files to the computer - on a mac you just need to turn on FTP services in system prefs/file sharing to allow the camera to access your mac via ftp.
If you are looking for a good FTP client for the mac to send files - then I would suggest either using the built in FTP capabilities in Photo Mechanic http://www.camerabits.com or Transmitt - http://www.panic.com/transmit/ |

->> Thanks Jock, But I am using PC and it requires I load a FTP program into the computer. So I am looking for the most efficient program, it seems that the ITP 2.0 that I had in the other one was a pain to get setup but worked well once it was done. I am just hoping there is something newer that may work better.
Any other recommendations? |
