I have taken very good care of my camera (always in the bag except when shooting). I spoke with Chris at CPS, and he agreed. Since the shutter failed at merely 147,000 actuations, and the camera was clearly well cared for, they refunded the entire repair. And they were very nice about it, and I have a six month warranty on the repair. It is my first Canon, but it definitely won't be my last.  This post is:  Informative (2) | Funny (0) | Huh?
