Batching file information for FTP

However, as long as your captions and such are imbedded in the IPTC and all you want is to FTP, there are many. Some are free. I use WS-FTP Pro. If you search the board for FTP, I'm sure there are several other threads with lots of programs listed. Many are free or have trial versions.... I'm speaking PC wise. I'm sure Apple/Mac is well accounted for as well, but I don't have one so I've never looked.

->> Allow me to third the call for PhotoMechanic. The fastest file ingestion I have found (it even integrates IPTC stationary pad captioning with file ingestion), great image browsing and selection, and once you learn it, a VERY powerful set of captioning tools consistent with standard IPTC guidelines that will make your life a LOT easier. You can automate many parts of the captioning process which will streamline your workflow.

Oh yeah, when you're done, as mentioned, it has an FTP client for upload.

I literally cannot imagine doing without it.
