I believe that they have offered valid explanations, and are taking measures to ensure that my issues will be resolved. Thanks to everyone who emailed me with your concerns. If you expressed your concerns to me and would like a synopsis of my conversation with Exposure Manager management, shoot me another email. I must say that because of the very positive manner in which their management is addressing these issues, I plan to renew my subscription to their service when it expires. Thanks again!
