| ->> I called the Adobe help folks and they walked me through the raw plugin download but it still didn't work. The customer service rep said the Mark II N raw files aren't supported! She wondered if I need to install the Canon software. |

| ->> Ian and Bob -- thanks for the suggestions. You're both right, the first person I talked with at Adobe was simply wrong. I called back and got a more knowledgable guy that helped me figure it out. The upgrade to CS2, oddly enough, does not inclued the raw plugin I needed; I had to do another upgrade install that was found within the Photoshop help tab. I was on the phone for an hour . . . |

->> And with a bit of luck your 1D Mark II N raw files will be supported in CS16, when you have moved on too 1D Mark IIIIIIIIII V(very)N, and just need to pull an old file for some reason!
Remember to convert all that you wanna save! |
