You're both right, the first person I talked with at Adobe was simply wrong. I called back and got a more knowledgable guy that helped me figure it out. The upgrade to CS2, oddly enough, does not inclued the raw plugin I needed; I had to do another upgrade install that was found within the Photoshop help tab.
