Dear RG DPI friends,

Wow - Rob's DPI forums has been a nice place to hang out and discuss all things Photo Mechanic (oh and the other stuff too ). But as with life in general, we must evolve with the times.

Camera Bits is pleased to announce the creation of our own forum for discussion of Photo Mechanic and other products from Camera Bits. The URL for the new Camera Bits forums is
http://forums.camerabits.com. We look forward to seeing you there soon!

The goal for the creation of our own forum is to continue to provide our customers with free access to information about our products and a meeting place to freely share tips and tricks for the benefit of our customers or soon-to-be customers. Access to content posted in the Photo Mechanic section of Rob Galbraith's forums is in transition right now, but we hope to provide you with an update soon. In the meantime, you will need to re-register at our forums because we don't have access to any RG DPI forum account info. In the event that the RG DPI Photo Mechanic forum continues at the new host (www.digitalweddingreview.com), we recommend that you check and post first at our new forums site for a speedier response. Not only will Kirk be around to solve and answer your posts, but so will the rest of Camera Bits' excellent support staff (and me too!).

We can't thank Rob Galbraith & MIke Sturk enough, and all of you who have posted to make this forum such a valuable resource. This has been a great place for photographers to learn about Photo Mechanic and share its secrets; and in turn it has been a great place for us to hear about your needs and concerns so that we can make Photo Mechanic a better product. We wish Drew & Melissa the best in keeping the spirit alive for the RG DPI forums.

We'll see ya on the flip side!

->> I am glad to hear that the PM forum will over to the Camera Bits website. I guess there is one more loss to the valuable info on the RG site due to the new private model. Even if the PM site remains on the RG site why would anyone pay to read it if they are free on the Camera Bits site.

Paul

PS we just switched to PM from FotoStation a couple of months ago and the 4 staffers at our paper absolutely love it. I saves me so much time and effort in my daily work. Keep up the good work.
