->> Tonight my MKII started showing that there were only ten exposures left on the card but the card was empty. I disconnected the PW and lens along with turning it off and taking out the battery. Still showed ten. What causes this and how do I fix it. I am in the middle of State basketball playoffs and cant CPS it.
Also when I change the card into my other MKII's it shows they typical number of exposures 180ish. And when I put other CF cards into suspect camera they show only ten.
Help Fast and Thanks in advance! |

->> did you check the counter...when the frame counter reaches 9999 you have to reset it as far as I know...so if it is at 9990, then it will only show 10 frames left until it's reset.
just a thought. |

->> I hate that "feature." What is the reason for it, and is there any way to shut it off?

->> Don't think there is any way to turn it off, I guess it's a way to keep track of the number of actuations and also produce the max number of different file names.
Not sure if any of that changes with the Mark II, I only use a 1D.

| ->> I believe the "N" just rolls over now with no need to click "okay" to create a new folder when the counter rolls over. |
