->> (sounds like u want to do a screen capture)

short answer: Mac (Shift-Apple-3)

Long Answer: Okay, you probably already know the ol’ Shift-Command-3 shortcut for taking a screen capture of your entire screen, and you may even know about Shift-Command-4, which gives you a crosshair cursor so you can choose which area of the screen you want to capture. But perhaps the coolest, most-secret hidden capture shortcut is Shift-Control-Command-3 (or 4), which, instead of creating a file on your desktop, copies the capture into your Clipboard memory, so you can paste it where you want. (I use this to paste screen captures right into Photoshop.)

I use this little Preference pane:

( (Note that Screenshots Preference Pane requires Mac OS X v10.4 or later)

->> Debra,
OS X will allow you to make a PDF through the Print function. Simply go through the page setup and configure to your liking, then click Print, and a dialog box will give you the PDF option.

->> Through Photoshop you can select...

File>Automate>Contact Sheet II

When the contact sheet is crated you can save as a Photoshop PDF or when you hit Print have the option to save as a PDF as well. Hope this helps.
