->> I noticed a thread a few weeks ago giving rave reviews to Printroom.com. I
was wondering if anyone uses Pictage.com, or has had experience with both sites and has a preference. Thanks for the input!

| ->> My wife has used both for her wedding photo business. Pictage was real bad with turnaround (and quality control) and was unable to handle their sudden increase in volume. My wife then switched to printroom and was happy immediately. Prices are cheaper and they will send photos US postal, not UPS, so we saved alot on shipping. Pictage has been emailing a lot lately, saying they have more people working to better handle quality control and the volume, but they lost us as a customer already. |

->> I don't have any feedback on one Vs. the other. But I do use printroom.com for my on-line sales from events.
In a newsletter update from Printroom they are now using Fuji Frontier machines and printing on Fuji Chrystal Archive paper. I've not had any coplaints from my customers about the print quality or their service.

Any opinions on this site from anyone.
I have no complaints at the time. |
