can't ftp -- help!

->> Try another FTP client like WS_FTPpro. There's a free trial download if you don't have it. I've had trouble ftp'ing from PM and using another program worked for me.

->> FYI, Filezilla is a pretty good totally free FTP program that I use. No ads or nagware. Easy to setup and use.
Last week an online friend of mine couldn't get his FTP program to work and I told him to download Filezilla and try again. He did, and he was transferring files within five minutes.
Free stuff ROCKS! Especially when it's good free stuff.
