How many releases is too much?

I think you mean shutter actuations. Many folks say 150,000 is the end limit, but I think it also depends on the service life of the camera, the type of camera (D100 I'd run after 50,000 actuations, but I'd lool at an EOS 1D with 120,000) and how and by who the camera was services over it's life. |

Yea sorry i do mean shutter actuations, i have a d100 right now as my back up and i have had that for around 3 years now, and i feel as though it is time for another back up.... I am thinking along the lines of a used d1x or d2h, but i am really just looking....i am curious to see if anyone has a different idea then you do about this.
