Jake Schoellkopf, Photographer

->> Just installed the latest version of Photo Mechanic (4.3.2) and when I try to FTP the application up and quits. Another shooter is having the same problem. Both of us using Mac OS X. Up until now I never had a problem FTPing out of PM. Any solutions out there?

Jake

->> Hi Jake,

I got a note from Camera Bits about the 4.3.2 release, and pointed them to your message up above. They try to monitor what goes on here too so maybe they already saw the note.

For anyone else, here's the release notes as posted by Kirk Baker on Rob Galbraith's site...

->> in the read me file with pm4.3.2 it says that panther(os x.3) is running smoothly with pm but they have had some problems with jaguar (x.2) if i paraphrase them. They also say that with the introduction of Tiger (os x.4) that they will no longer support Jaguar but will continue to support Panther. I have not had any problems with pm on Panther but i am also still using fetch for ftping and have not tried pm for it.

->> Jeff,

If you are on a MAC, I would remove 4.3.2 from your application folder. Then download it again now, and then try it.

If that doesn't work, browse over to Rob Galbraith's site in the photo browser folder where you can find Kirk the developer of the software.
