I believe that the shop's name was Quality Photo Service (QPS Inc.) and was run by a man named Van Kim. He was a NPS Tech that worked at the former NPS station in Chicago. He is mroe than reasonable and goes out of his way to give you the customer every extra benefit. He replaced a blown shutter for me on a D1H, cleaned, reset, checked and added two new rubbers on the body for 4 bills. NPS would have been at least 1.5 more.
