I had a gentleman contact me about some equipment I had for sale on SportsShooter and they agreed to my price and and when I asked for an address they said they would be having a shipping agent come by and pick it up. I sent them back an email. I wish that sportsshooter would not make the classifieds or our personal information available to non-members . I know that most of the criminals that lurk over this great web site are not violent criminals they just take advantage of people to busy to check into the sales of equipment. Some forgot to even mask that fact that they were bulk emails, and neglected to change the (ITEMS) block. I went back and forth with a few of them, for the fun of it, and when they said they would pay my price and work something out with a shipping agent, I emailed them back saying this smelled scammy, and asked point blank if it was a scam.
