I know in the past this has solved different problems that I had. If that doens't work, you should give Bob a call at Camerabits, he is a great guy and more than likely will have the solution for your problem in a matter of minutes. I actually had a gentleman respond from Adobe who saw my post. He had run into the same problem. It is rectified by installing Quick Time program.
