Canon - EF 200mm f2.8L II USM Autofocus Lens
|
Quick Overview |
This lens was designed for compactness and light weight. Two UD elements and a newly designed retrofocusing system help correct aberrations and deliver excellent definition at all subject distances. Astigmatism was reduced based on actual picture-taking tests. Background blur is natural-looking. The ring USM makes autofocusing fast and quiet. The les is also well balanced for holding ease. A large, dedicated hood can be attached to block unwanted light.

[06/12/03] I love this lens.
I've owned the 80-200 2.8L and 70-200 2.8L.
I'm not doing the PJ thing anymore, so I don't need the versatility of the zoom. I already had an 85 1.8 that I loved. I sold the zoom to buy this lens and the 135 f2L.
I love the size of this lens as compared to the zoom.
It's Sharp and the AF is fast and responsive.
It's a great lens if you like shooting with Prime Lenses. |
