What is this?
The images within this section are contributed by our members, and show a bit of the fun side of our community. Images here are more light-hearted and personal than what would normally be found within a member's porfolio page. So explore this section, and please please please don't take yourself too seriously all the time. It isn't healthy.

Caption: If you needed more evidence that television is evil... Your honor, exhibit A. First, in its context. This scene was the place where three 16-year-old students died the previous day in a car crash. The time is about 2:50 p.m., right when the rural high school is about to let out for the day. One station's remote truck drove down the street and ran cables. This station, late on the scene, figured he'd back the truck into a field directly across from the wreck site. What he did was get stuck in a ditch which also happened to be the EXACT SPOT where the car came to a rest after striking a tree. In a feverish attempt to push the truck out, the driver took a rock from next to the cross on the ground and wedged it under the tire. When that didn't work, he replaced the muddy rock next to the roadside memorial. Luckily for the rest of us, a man came by and pulled the remote out just before students started showing up. It was difficult enough to talk to them, but can you imagine? We really need to start using our heads out there, all of us.
