| Eric Thieszen's Message: |
My name is Eric Thieszen, I am the owner of Thieszen Photo Creations, in Mooresville, IN. I was born and raised in Nebraska, played football at Nebraska Wesleyan for 1 year and then went back to farming. In the mid 80’s farming wasn’t paying the bills so I started driving truck full time. That is were my photography bug got started. Being from “small town USA” my friends wanted to know what the “big city” was like, so I started taking pictures everywhere I went to show them. After 9-11 I found some shots of the world trade towers I had taken from the Jersey side, several miles away.
In 2001 I got married and move to Indiana were she was from. We shared a passion for racing, all types. Eventually we were asked to be the track photographers for a local track and for 4 years we did that until the track closed down. I also started to cover local sports teams for the M-D Times a local paper, part of the Hoosier Times Group. I am always looking for new opportunities and willing to travel.
