Third Place: "Flooded Business Man"

Will Lester/Inland Valley Daily Bulletin | Ontario firefighter Victor Lopez carries a business man, who wished not to be identified, on his back after the man's vehicle became flooded Friday at the intersection of Francis Street and Grove Avenue in Ontario. Approximately 10 vehicles, along with their drivers and occupants, needed to be pulled from their rain flooded cars Friday morning November 30, 2007 by Ontario firefighters after they stalled in deep water.
