January, 2007 [ recent winners ] << previous Third Place: "House Fire" Nathan Gray/Anderson Independent-Mail | Hopewell, South Carolina firefighters work to put out a housefire in Anderson County, which was owned by David and Amy Barton. Mr. Barton was in his garage restoring a motorcylce and spilled gasoline that hit a battery that was charging. The battery ignited and caught fire causing the large blaze.
