Burgoyne pleaded guilty Jan. 20, 2006, to voluntary manslaughter, robbery by force, possesion of a knife during a crime and concealing the death of a person. The judge sentenced Burgoyne to 20 years in prison followed by five years probation in connection with the July 12, 2003, murder of Spc. Richard Davis.
